By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=David_A_Williams]David A Williams Looking for payday loans, fast, easy and affordable? There are a number of various loans out there that you can take advantage of. The goal is to find the right one for your specific needs. Having many companies out there to choose from is not bad, but a blessing in disguise. This means that you will find the loan that you want and need without a doubt. First, lets talk about what payday loans, fast, easy and available at your fingertips should include: They should be easy for you to find. Youll find a wealth of great websites and online payday loan companies ready to service your needs. Some offer a faster loan process than others. Some will provide you with money within minutes. Fast and easy payday loan options are not the only things that you need to consider. You will want to insure that you understand the details of the loan first of all. You need to know the amount you are borrowing and the amount you will pay back. This is important so that you can be prepared. Also, you need to know the time frame in which you will need to pay the loan back. In most cases, it is two to three weeks from the time that you take out the payday loan. Know the date. Know also how they will get their money paid back. If the payday loan company offers payday loans fast and easy and allows you to pay them back on your own, this is one thing. But, most of the companies out there require you to pay for the loan through an uncashed check out through an agreed upon credit that they will place on your bank account. Knowing the method of repayment is essential. It takes a good amount of time to find the right payday loan company. If you have found many on the web that offer good options, you may be wondering which payday loan fast easy service you should use. The fact is that you have options. Look for these things offered by the fast and easy payday loan companies: What is their reputation? If you are unsure, head to the Better Business Bureau and see if you can find anything bad on them. Also, look at consumer reviews that are often available on the web. Consider how long they have been in business. Many of the new companies offer some great opportunities, but they need to make you feel secure as well. Payday loan fast easy services should be trustworthy. Make sure to read the fine print. If you are unsure of what they can and cant do, just read the fine print before signing on the dotted line. You will want to know just what to expect! If you ever feel that the payday loan company you have chosen has not kept up their end of the agreement, or something has been done incorrectly, make sure to talk to them about it. If you get no help from them, report them. But, by far, most of the payday loan fast and easy services that are out there are quite legitimate and willing to work with you. Taking out a payday loan should be relatively easy. Gather your personal information such as employment verifications, paycheck stubs as well as your checking account information and head in to see them or contact them on the web. Fast and easy payday loan options are many! On top of that, payday loans fast and easy are a great service for all of us to take advantage of. Sacred Love - Never Go Back

Thursday, June 19th, 2008

By Christopher Walker A sacred relationship takes two. Sometimes one or both people, are just not ready. To move into a sacred relationship, the individual you choose must be ready. If they are desperate, they say, Got to this and Got to that, and they are not ready. If they are always saying, You should be like this, or You should be like that then they are not ready. If they are always saying, I want and I need this from you, then they are not ready. And finally, if your lover says, I love you, and waits for an answer, like I love you too, beware, that is just a got to in disguise. This includes their lifestyle. Many people are not healed from their ex so they will say to you, He or she, hasnt let go, but that is the victim speaking. They havent let go. Your lover might say, I maintain a relationship with my ex-partners and that is who I am, then they are not ready for sacred love. You must be the focus, and ex lovers must get to know a new we. Relationship demands letting go of those things we are attached to and grabbing hold of our lover. Holding the past, and demanding that it comes into the future, sabotages love. For the vast majority of people healing the past, turning up happy and ready for love is a slow and deliberate process. You need to be respectful that you are not demanding something from your lover, that they promise with all their heart to do, but just cannot. If you are not discerning, then you may find yourself feeling betrayed. They may make promises to love you and be your sacred lover, but they are still fighting to heal the past. Then your heart will break over and over. That person who thinks they are healed, but has not healed, will be unable to meet you in love. They will accidentally betray you, because they simply cannot show up. Never go back The word never is a very low consciousness term. So the heading of this advice is more provocative than it needs to be. However, it is sound advice. It would make breaking up so much easier, moving on so much clearer, and the healing process so much more thorough if we could all listen to this ancient advice. Never go back. Because everything looks good from a distance. But the issues that caused the break up will still be there, the person who hurt you will hurt you again, and really, unless you are prepared to do honest healing, it advice is sound. Then we can add unless. Unless you are prepared to really invest in healing. Healing in this case means. 1/ You acknowledge that it was your behavior alone that caused the breakup. 2/ That you do to others what your ex-partner did to you. 3/ That what you dont appreciate you lose. 4/ That nobody does to you more than you do to yourself. 5/ That love is not a prison, and if you are filled with stress, feeling unromantic and distracted, someone else steps in to fill the void. 6/ That healing means unconditionally thanking your lover for the pain, the growth, and the love you now feel for them. Self Respect Self- respect is an essential ingredient if you are to give love to yourself, and most importantly, to others. You cannot give what you havent got. True Love begins and ends with true love for yourself. Therefore, you must know yourself, learn to think for yourself, look after yourself, wait on yourself, and to act on your own intuitions. This is a crucial part of the development of self-respect. Self-respect is the stepping stone to self love. This is not an isolation or withdrawal, but the ability to trust your own convictions amongst the questions and turbulence of life. A flexibility must arise in you where there is no need to go into defense. To achieve this youll need to rise above your Ego, and the most accurate measure of that aim is to arrange your life so that mental disturbance does not become a hindrance. Adhere to the laws of balance in all your mental activity. Expectations are the egos hands and the cause of all disturbances. Expectations breed suffering. If you can be a person whose expectations become the most flexible part of their world, then you can live in the highest order. Be discerning You can be tempted to take your emotional problems to an idyllic setting, where people come and feed you well, exercise you well and do these self exploration exercises like jumping off poles and flying on ropes. They also provide daily workshops where your personal issues are processed. When I observe the results of most of those programs I notice that they rarely teach people how to love their partner, (and therefore grow) but more focus on how to solve their problems, more like blaming their partners. The programs legitimized the stories of the attendees, so the healing is all temporary. Beware of teachers. Beware of teachers. Beware of teachers. Be discerning. It doesnt matter if someone has a yoga certificate or like me, wrote a book or two - never put people on pedestals. The industry is not regulated. the qualifications and training are spurious, and the teachers themselves are often deeply in their own emotional drama. Beware of becoming the problem solver When you fall in love, there is no condition for it, you simply fell. But then there may be a question regarding the emotional circumstances your partner has in their life, and whether they can create a loving relationship. Remember, that you are never a prophet in your own home. If you cannot accept and love your partner within the emotional drama they have created for themselves, or if they are too stressed to turn up for your love (and therefore want to be rescued all the time) then, it is wise to acknowledge, that you are not going to be the catalyst for change in their life. What you get, is what you get. You can rarely change people from within a relationship. Chris Walker is a world leading change agent, an environmentalist and author of more than 20 books. Maturity in Relationships

Sunday, June 15th, 2008

By Emelisa Mudle I remember once reading about being egoic in relationships and it certainly has made a great deal of difference in my life. I sat sobbing realising how I have continued a pattern of defence and protection through communicating on some level with my partners. In this I started to question: ~ How I am ~ How I react ~ How I choose to be In this reality check I started to become more conscious of my defences and interactions. I noticed how I would butt in mid conversation because I felt as though I was being misconstrued. I was so ready to pounce on some level I never gave the other person a chance to say all they needed to say. Now I am able to feel the energy of defence I sit in the feeling knowing when to step back and listen doing it this way feels so much more vulnerable and gentle. Even through my most hormonal challenging time I am able to sit balanced without deeply feeding into where it takes me. I believe we choose how we react so there fore my intent is love it feels softer, vulnerable making conversation simple loving and supportive.Healthy loving relationships take time, patience compassion and a large dose of commitment. It is important to sit and listen when another soul mirrors something about me that is hard for them but feeling strong and vulnerable enough to see if it is something I need to change or something that they need me to change in so they feel safe. Having a healthy conversation when things are confronting and being respectful of my heart knowing I have choices in my actions. Stepping back and not always having to say things straight away which than allows me time to feel and gain a better understanding of what I am really feeling. Knowing in me that the hurt child I carried for so long no longer rules my life and that I am able to reach out and create my own safety be less needy, be a better listener even when being accused of something being stronger in her heart boundaries and self worth. No longer feeding into the flight or fight games. I also dont believe you have to hurt the ones you love that in itself is a choice to I am not saying we wont hurt there is a difference between being honest and lashing towards another soul. Relationships will bring up your mum and dad issues how they reacted to you and how they communicated between themselves. As we grow we build up our own ideas rules and defences and become so rigid and lost in them that when something comes up in a partnerships we tend to think and blame the person in front of us when it is actually stemming back most times from our own childhood. This is a working progress I still feel hurt and get a little panicky at times hitting those powerless places when abandonment and low self worth run rampant. Its an amazing place to say I feel scared or I feel hurt I used to believe that being vulnerable was weak and tears where for cry babies. How mislead was I. Changing a perspective on healthy relating is the best gift we can give others and ourselves. I remember many years ago writing a list of what I wanted in my perfect partnership then being asked to turn the list around seeing if those are the qualities I have as well. At that moment I realised I had a lot of work to do. Being in a healthy relationship is such a beautiful joyful experience to actually love some one enough that your intent is always from an unconditional place. One other lesson I had learned is to not settle in a relationship, hanging on with hope that the person you are with is going to change that maybe by some great miracle theyll come around to the way we see things. It is important to be on the same page in areas of communicating, spirituality, libido, children and other areas, which you greatly value. If your partner values work way more than a relationship and you dont there will be a problem in priorities as you are both seeking energy in different places that can then cause separation and distance. We all deserve a beautiful loving relationship lets not rush into every attraction sometimes in our neediness for love we can confuse attraction with connection. Things Banks And Other Lenders Won’t Tell You (Part 01) Financial Statements And Financing

Saturday, June 7th, 2008

By Jim Hart One of the things that people who are strapped with credit debt fail to do is accurately account for their financial condition. Many people, more than you would think, dont know what a financial statement is or how look at their assets, liabilities, income and expenses to calculate their true financial condition and to present that data according to GAAP standards (generally acceptable accounting principles). Without this knowledge and information you cannot develop a balance sheet and income statement and you will not know with certainty what the status of your financial affairs are or your net worth. If you dont REALLY know how to arrive at these numbers, you are in the dark about your financial condition. For those who dont understand these terms here is a brief explanation: BALANCE SHEET-FINDING YOUR NET WORTH A simple balance sheet is found by taking all the things you own (assets) and assigning a market value to them (things like houses, furniture, futures, jewelry, cars, etc) and adding them up to calculate the asset-side of the equation. Then, for every asset you owe money on, calculate the total debt owed on it and add them up to form the liability-side of the equation. The formula to determine your balance is Assets-Liabilities = Net worth. When assigning value guesstimation to the things you own ask yourself how much it would sell for in a yard sale. Thats probably pretty close to what it is worth. I mean, you may value your computer system at one value but how much is it worth if you had to dump it for cash right now? Thats called street valuation. INCOME STATEMENT TRUE CASH FLOW A simple income statement is easy to prepare if you have access to your sources of cash flow (weekly paychecks for a given month (use net income for practicality)) and all your monthly expenses (credit card bills, loans, subscriptions, utility bills, etc.) What you want to do is calculate all your monthly income for the income-side of the equation. Then, add all your monthly bills (amount due) for the month, this will form the expense side of the equation. The formula to determine your monthly income statement is Total Income Expenses = Net income. Actually, this shows cash flow more then net income because you are calculating income from net income figures. Anyway, the point is this: do you have a positive or negative cash flow each month? If it is negative, obviously you have a financial problem and may qualify for a debt consolidation loan. I have helped a lot of clients get debt consolidation loans over the years, many who had been rejected by banks and other lenders and there were a few reasons why these people could not get their own loans: 1. They did not take the time to understand the economics of their situation before going to see the lender. 2. They made a loan request written on the back of a napkin (there is not enough room on a bank application to explain a complex financial situation requiring a consolidation) 3. They did not know how to prepare a professional bank package to impress the lender they understood their financial condition and had a sound plan for recovery. 4. They applied at multiple lenders who rejected them not realizing that each time they applied for a loan they added another credit inquiry by each lender which each lender could see thereby destroying their chances for a loan. 5. Going to the wrong lender for the loan. 6. Not knowing how to communicate with the lender. The list goes on and on The point is this: if you dont know what you are doing, if you have credit problems, if you dont have many assets, if your debts are high, and life sucks, you can probably still get a loan if you know how to communicate with lenders structure the deal. If you dont, you wont. I hope this article helped if you did not understand these two fundamental financial formulas. Testimonials: Get More, More Often

Sunday, June 1st, 2008

By Kathy Gulrich When it comes to testimonials - or any other marketing tool, for that matter - we’re all pretty good at asking “What’s in it for me?” For example, you might use testimonials because: * Testimonials are much more believable, more credible, than advertising * They can be used to say things about you, or your products or services, that you could never say yourself * They resonate with your prospects * Testimonials give people a reason to do business with you * Your testimonial writers will uncover, and then point out, some off-the-beaten-track benefits of your products or services * And did you know that people who write testimonials for you often become your most loyal, long-term customers? And the cost? Virtually nothing. Very few marketing tools give us this kind of return on investment. Yet very few solopreneurs use testimonials effectively. (And many don’t use them at all.) Why? In my experience, the biggest reason testimonials are under-utilized is that we feel uncomfortable asking for them. So let’s look at building our confidence. I suggest you start by asking a slightly tougher question: “What’s in it for them?” Be sure you ask yourself this question before asking anyone to write you a testimonial. Put yourself in your customers shoes. What will they get out of writing a testimonial for you? * To start, they’ll get the satisfaction of helping you out * They’ll be flattered that you singled them out, and asked for their feedback * In writing the testimonial, they will review everything they’ve gained in working with you, or using your product and this in itself is of value to them * They get recognition by being listed on your website, or in your brochure or advertisement * And they may even get more business since readers may follow the link from your site (or advertising) directly to them, their company, and their products So the next time you’re a bit hesitant about asking for a testimonial, look back at this list. Forget for a moment about why you want or need the testimonial. Think instead of all the ways the person you’re asking will benefit from writing one. Make the shift, and then ask for the testimonial. Walk the talk, I say If you ask your customers for testimonials, please also be willing to provide testimonials for products, services, and businesses that you use and like. When you write them, take the time and effort to do a great job. And be sure to include your full name, along with your credentials, contact information, website address, and so on so that people can link from the other websites back to you. One caveat, however: Never, never endorse a product or service that you havent actually used, or that youre not totally enthusiastic about. Your positive words about a ho-hum (or worse, defective or unprofessional) product will instantly damage your credibility with your customers and prospects. Sometimes irreparably so. Make it a habit Once you get started, youll find that getting testimonials is actually quite easy. And totally gratifying. So make a habit of asking for testimonials. Do it often. Do it consistently. And then use your testimonials to build your business! Best-selling author Kathy Gulrich helps clients get from idea, to action, to results - more quickly, and more easily.
